Currently, I work as a UI/UX Analyst at Maybank Sekuritas Indonesia, where I lead initiatives to enhance user experience for financial platforms—ensuring efficient flows, consistent design, and user accessibility aligned with WCAG standards.
Over the years, I’ve collaborated with startups, freelance clients, and internal teams to design interfaces that boost engagement and visibility. My contributions helped streamline user registration, reduce friction points, and drive measurable growth.

DONORUN APPS : (INDIGO HACKATHON FESTIVAL)
Our team of five developed an application to connect blood donor volunteers with individuals in urgent need of blood. I was responsible for the end-to-end product design process, starting with product research to understand user needs and pain points. I designed the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI), conducted usability testing to validate design decisions, and iterated based on user feedback. I also created the system design, wireframes, and high-fidelity interface prototypes using Figma, while utilizing Maze for user testing and insights.

BANTEN TOURISM (TRIGO) : THESIS
Trigo is my final project, where I was responsible for designing the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of the application. The process began with a comprehensive needs analysis, market research, and identification of target users, followed by usability testing to ensure an optimal user experience. I conducted a competitor analysis to benchmark features and user flows, then developed an information architecture to structure the content effectively. From there, I translated user flows into system design, created wireframes, and built high-fidelity interface designs. The tools I used throughout this project included Figma for UI/UX design, Adobe Illustrator for visual assets, and Maze for usability testing and user feedback.

New face of JNA
The redesign of the JNA Express Delivery app under PT Globalindo 21Express starts with a competitor analysis to understand market trends and user needs. Based on the findings, an information architecture is created to organize content and features clearly.
Next, a system design is developed to map out user flows, followed by wireframes to plan screen layouts and structure. The final step is designing the user interface to reflect the JNA Express brand and improve user experience.

INDIMIRA is an agricultural technology company focused on sustainable farming solutions. This project involved designing a user-friendly web platform and a digital product catalogue to improve the experience for farmers, agricultural partners, and stakeholders. Key features include a fertilizer calculator that helps users estimate the right amount of fertilizer based on crop type and land conditions, as well as an integrated information system about common plant pests to support better crop protection and decision-making in the field.
